Meeting John Lloyd Cruz this weekend

It's literally been raining men for me the past few weeks! Coffee Dream SM Cagayan de Oro is coffee heaven

I love coffee and I like staying in coffee shops. In Cebu, one of my favorite coffee shops is Coffee Dream. I often stay at their Ayala Cebu branch - the one at the 4th floor -, at their SM Cebu branch - the one within the old mall, fronting VECO - and during recent Cebu City visits, their booth at the Traveler's Lounge, also located at SM. While I know that they have branches in Mindanao (Cagayan de Oro City, Davao City and General Santos City), it's just unfortunate that I've never had the chance to visit one. Until a few days ago. Early this week, my cousins, some friends and I went to the Dahilayan Adventure Park in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. Just in case you still do not know, Dahilayan Adventure Park is home to Asia's longest dual cable zipline --- all 840 meters of it! The Bukidnon zipline adventure park is also 4,500 meters above sea level so the climate there's pretty cold :) Anyways, I'll tell you more about my recent trip to this Bukidnon tourist spot in another post. Well if you're a regular reader of this Mindanaoan.com blog, you'd probably know that I'm a frequent visitor of Resorts World Manila, that entertainment, food, shopping destination and luxury hotel complex right across the new Ninoy Aquino International Airport 3 (NAIA 3). A few hours ago, I wanted to start a new blog. Just a simple one. Something like Tumblr. Where you can just drown in your own thoughts and not worry about how others would think about you. I needed to write and vent out certain feelings. I needed to rant a little bit and cry a little bit. I thought that maybe it'd be easier if I write those types of entries in a separate blog. And then maybe keep the entries private. Or that only a few, carefully chosen people would know where and how to find them. I changed my mind. Mindanaoan.com plays a big part in my life. It's been more than 2 weeks since their highly successful Cagayan de Oro, Philippines show but this Filipina travel and lifestyle blogger is still buzzin'! Who wouldn't? Not only are these new Havaianas flip flop designs colorful and definitely eye candy, they also showcase Philippine pride.
