The coronation night of the Miss Kagay-an 2011 pageant was finally held last night, August 24, 2011 at the Atrium of Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao. The Miss Kagay-an 2011 coronation night was open to the public and was viewed live over GNN Channel 45 and Parasat Cable TV Channel 29. The new Miss Kagay-an 2011 is Angel G. Carbajal! If there are two things that I absolutely like, these are Mexican and Italian food. I'm a huge sucker for fajitas, quesadillas, tacos...and oh yes, yes, yes nachos! Yum!
