Big Bad Wolf to bring world’s largest book sale to Cagayan de Oro

Fellow bookworms, rejoice! Big Bad Wolf will take the world’s largest book sale to Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. This is truly groundbreaking as this marks the first time Big Bad Wolf will bring its world-famous collection of books to CDO.

There was a press conference a few days ago but I was in Cebu City (look at what I’ve been up to!) so I wasn’t able to attend. However, I’m pleased to share information about this much-awaited book sale!

Big Bad Wolf CDO will be a testament to BBW’s never-ending commitment to spreading the joy of reading. As a book lover myself, I can say that Big Bad Wolf Cagayan de Oro will help foster a deeper appreciation for literature and support the ever-expanding community of avid readers.

Big Bad Wolf CDO will take place from February 2 to 18, 2024 at SM CDO Downtown. The event will showcase the company’s wide array of books, novels, and everything in between. With over 2 million books in its collection, attendees can expect to find a literary treasure trove catering to diverse tastes and interests. From timeless classics and contemporary bestsellers to niche genres and children’s literature, Big Bad Wolf’s extensive selection ensures there’s something for everyone.

What’s more, the event will also have exclusive perks and unbelievable deals that add an extra layer of excitement to those stopping by. Lots of titles to choose from! There will be discounts of up to 95% off.

The Big Bad Wolf Books was founded by Andrew Yap and Jacqueline Ng in 2009 and first launched in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Big Bad Wolf aims to cultivate reading habits, increase English literacy worldwide, and build a new generation of book lovers by making books more affordable and accessible to everyone.

Big Bad Wolf’s Book Sales have toured 15 countries and 37 cities. Among these include different cities in Asia like Malaysia, Cambodia, Manila, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. The company has also begun branching out to book readers outside the Asia Pacific, having held book tours in Tanzania, Kenya, and the United Arab Emirates.
