Google joins the Philippines today in celebrating Independence Day, a national holiday commemorating the country’s declaration of independence from Spanish colonial rule, by releasing an Independence Day Google doodle depicting the Philippine flag.
When people access the search engine today (Google.com.ph), they can see the Philippine flag’s colors. The sun and 3 stars also replace one of the “O”s.
Clicking on the Google doodle will lead visitors to more information about the Philippine Independence.
Today, June 12, 2015, marks the 117th Independence Day.
Thank you, Google!
