Not too long ago, I had one amazing, ultra lucky night at Resorts World Manila. Actually, if you care to read what happened to me that day, you can see that Lady Luck was on my side from the very beginning. Needless to say, I was and still am very grateful for all the things that happened that one fateful day.
Ever since I blogged about my Resorts World Manila casino winnings, a lot of people have asked me what I did with the money. It wasn’t much, truth be told. However, it was enough to make me and my entire family happy!
I spent my winnings booking flights to Singapore and Hongkong π
My mom and I are set to fly to Singapore (with a day-long sidetrip to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) in a few days (we’re spending Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day abroad! Cool, huh? :D) while I treated my entire family — my mom and my three younger brothers (our father died more than 10 years ago) — to a Hongkong trip come March 2011. (We’re also planning a day-long trip to nearby Macau π )
And get this — the money I won was just right to pay for all those round trip tickets! I even have less than a hundred pesos left after spending all the money booking all those tickets π
Yes, I feel absolutely lucky and blessed! God is good!
It’s actually not my first time to go abroad but it’ll be two of my brothers’ first time to fly outside the country so I’m more excited for them!
So there. That’s how I spent my casino winnings π
By the way, if you’ve been wondering why I haven’t been blogging regularly as of late, it’s because I’ve been busy doing itineraries for our Singapore and Kuala Lumpur trips. Don’t worry, I’ll share all of my tips, kuwentos and photos with all of you! π
In the meantime, I’d like to ask you guys — especially those who’ve already been to SG and KL — what do you guys suggest we do and see in those countries? π Please share π Thank you!

Hi! Pwede magpa-adopt as one of your family members? hehehe π I wish I could do the same and treat my family for a travel too kahit dito man lang sa Pilipinas. But I need to work hard for it. I just hope Feng shui experts are right that this will be a lucky year for me.
Have a happy trip and enjoy SG and KL with your family! π
