Kagay-an Festival 2013 schedule of activities. Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Oscar “Oca” Moreno has said that the 2013 CDO Fiesta will push through this year. This, despite the recent news about the bombing incident at Rosario Arcade, Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao, Philippines.
The Kagay-an Festival 2013, which is celebrated in honor of patron Saint Augustine, will hold the theme “Higalaay: The Kagay-an Festival 2013.” Higalaay means “friendly gathering/friendly atmosphere.”
