Join the “Election Day in Central Mindanao photo contest for peace”!
Prizes include P10,000 (first place), P5,000 (second place) and P3,000 (third place). Consolation prizes are also at stake. The entry photos must be taken only on May 10 on the theme “Election Day in Central Mindanao… a photo contest for peace.”
This photo contest is sponsored by the 6th Infantry Division of the Philippine Army in cooperation with the Citizens Coalition for ARMM Electoral Reforms, Inc. (Citizens CARE) and the Lente Images Philippines, Inc.
This photography contest for peace is open to all civilians, members of the media, police and military personnel living and working in Central Mindanao who have a digital camera.
Central Mindanao refers to the 6th ID jurisdiction Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat and North Cotabato.
Entry photos must be in digital formal set in a high resolution (minimum of 300 dpi) with a dimension of at least 2,000 x 1,500 pixels.
The contest will be judged on the basis of technical merit (40%), artistic merit (30%), security element (20%) and overall impact (10%).
All photos entered in the “Election day in Central Mindanao” photo contest “become the property of the organizers.”
Only photos taken on May 10 are qualified for the contest.
Entries can be submitted from May 10 to 13, 2010.
The Top 100 will be chosen.
The entry photos will be developed and framed o May 16 and 17 for judging on the 18th. Awarding ceremonies will be held on May 19, 2010.

Why vote for Binay?
My fellow probinsiyanos, pls. don’t vote for Binay, pera natin yan winawaldas niya sa Makati. Di ba mga Coconut Refineries, Sugar Centrals, Dole, Del monte doon nagbabayad ng tax sa Makati? Pero di ba mga produkto nila pawis ng probinsya?
Mga banko, biro mo libong libo mga branches nila lahat hihigupin ang pera at doon binabayad sa Makati! Tapos punta punta siya sa atin probinsya at magyayabang na lahat libre daw doon sa Makati. Hoy! Mayor! pawis namin yung ginagasta mo!
Dapat sabihin natin sa ating mga Congressman na gumawa ng batas na kung saan yung Planta o Factory, dapat doon din magbayad ng tax, huwag sa Makati!
At higit sa lahat, pigilan natin manalo mga trapong CORRUPT!!! Baka manalo at tumakbo pa yan pagka-Presidente sa sunod na halalan!
