A pre- valentine concert to benefit Balay Mindanaw Foundation Inc., will be held on February 6,2010 at the Grand Caprice, Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro. One week prior to Valentine’s Day, Cagayan De Oro will be captured with love and romance as the Philippines’ Bossa Nova Queen, Sitti Navarro, will perform at her best in the concert entitled “Sitti: In Love With Bossa”.
