Remember my earlier blog post about the much awaited 2011 Havaianas Filipinas limited edition collection? I practically gushed at how pretty the three Havaianas Filipinas 2011 designs were. Who wouldn't? Not only are these new Havaianas flip flop designs colorful and definitely eye candy, they also showcase Philippine pride. The Havaianas Filipinas 2011 Limited Edition collection was also released in time for the 113th year of Philippine independence. Check out the Limited Edition 2011 Havaianas Filipinas Collection which even features the colors of the national flag --- blue, yellow, red and white! Fast forward a few weeks later, this Mindanao blogger received a special package from my super cool friends over at Spruce! And it contained my very own Havaianas Filipinas 2011 pair :) ...

Don't look now but it's time for Make Your Own Havaianas 2011 Northern Mindanao! Make Your Own Havaianas 2011 kicked off in Manila last May and now it's time for the Northern Mindanao edition :) I bet all the Havaianaticos out there are excited for this year's MYOH 2011. After all, it's a yearly event specially designed for the fans of Havaianas :) The Make Your Own Havaianas 2011 Cagayan de Oro edition will be held on August 12 to 14, 2011. Yes, that's still a few weeks from now but hey, that gives you enough time to save up for a few pairs, right? All you Havaianas fans listen up! :) There will be a special Make Your Own Havaianas 2009 event on October 23 to 25, 2009 at the Atrium of Limketkai Mall, Cagayan de Oro City, Northern Mindanao. The MYOH event this year will be spearheaded by SPRUCE Designer Network, which owns the Spruce store at the second floor of Lim Ket Kai. Make Your Own Havaianas 2009 this year banners the theme "Put Some Local Soul Into Your Step!"
