6Cyclemind, Banda Ni Kleggy For SMB Kaamulan Festival 2015

Good news for fans of 6Cyclemind and Banda Ni Kleggy bands. Both acts are set to perform during the San Miguel Beer (SMB) Night of the Kaamulan Festival 2015 in Bukidnon. 6Cyclemind and Banda Ni Kleggy will perform at the Capitol Grounds, Malaybalay City on October 24, 2015. 6Cyclemind, led by Tutti Caringal (who participated in the first season of "Your Face Sounds Familiar"), is the band behind the hits "Aaminin," "Dadalhin," "Sandalan" and "Sige." Banda Ni Kleggy, on the other hand, is the band behind "Discolamon." San Miguel Beer products will be available at the venue. All products will be sold at SRP. SMB Oktoberfest 2015 launch with Rivermaya and Ebe Dancel

I was there! And boy, was the SMB Oktoberfest 2015 grand launch a really fun night - not only because of all the merrymaking, pop-up bars, beer shower, celebrities, seemingly bottomless beer everywhere and amazing Pinoy music acts but also because I was there with good friends :) Much thanks to Rivermaya, I had backstage access at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds. I rode with the boys. Their call time was at 8 PM but because we all know how bad Friday night traffic in Manila can be, they fetched me at 3:30 PM. I initially groaned at the idea of traveling for 4 hours but well - I was with Rivermaya. That alone would make any OPM fan squeal! Hi everybody! This Mindanao blogger was in the Province of Bukidnon for the Kaamulan Festival, a yearly gathering of Bukidnon's 7 hill tribes. One of the festival highlights was the much-awaited San Miguel Beer Night or SMB Night, which was held last March 10, 2013 at the Capitol Grounds, Malaybalay City. My dearest friends Jojo and Jacquee invited me and a bunch of other friends to watch the SMB Night concert, which was headlined by no less than iconic Filipino band Rivermaya and up-and-coming pop funk band Save Me Hollywood :) VIP treatment - backstage access - seats nearest the stage (although my friends and I chose to be a part of the moshpit instead!) and here's the coolest part - unlimited San Miguel Beer! :D Thanks so much SMB, Jojo and Jacquee! Muziklaban 2009 na! The much-awaited Red Horse Muziklaban 2009 is bigger and better this time around. Muziklaban is an annual rock band competition wherein the winning band gets the chance to win, among others, P1 Million. The Red Horse Muziklaban Rock Challenge 2009 is now open for registration and various audition opportunities are slowly kicking off. In Bukidnon, Mindanao, for instance, the auditions will be held on July 24, 2009 at Sir Edward's Grill and Restaurant, Malaybalay City. So today, Sunday, February 22, 2009, is the fifth day since the "soft opening" of the Kaamulan Festival 2009 celebration here in the Province of Bukidnon, Mindanao. I'm here because my team and I (meaning my very helpful brothers and I) are in-charge of some Kaamulan 2009 events. We regularly have a lot of responsibilities every Kaamulan time and it's something that we just love to do. There's a different kind of rush whenever you're part of something grand and looked forward to by many. Plus of course it's an honor to be a part of such a huge festival (not to mention the widely recognized only remaining authentic ethnic festival in the Philippines!)
