Rustan's Fresh CDO - the very first Rustan's in Mindanao and the BIGGEST Rustan's in the entire Philippines - is finally opening on May 17, 2013 (Friday), 9 AM at Centrio Mall, Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao, Philippines.
