The PAWPALOOZA Pet Festival at pet-friendly mall Banilad Town Centre (BTC Cebu) is a fab time for you to bond with your precious pets :) The PAWPALOOZA Pet Festival also aims to promote responsible pet ownership, foster camaraderie among pet owners and just provide both pet owners and their pets an overall fantastic, "pawsome" time!
