If I'm not mistaken, Mad Cafe CDO, an Encanto-inspired family café nestled in the heart of Uptown Cagayan de Oro, has been operating for about a year. However, it was my first time to visit this Uptown CDO cafe a few days ago. Located along Masterson Avenue near Xavier Estates Phase 4 gate, Mad Cafe is a favorite gathering spot for families and food enthusiasts alike.
