The latest offering of Star Cinema, ABS-CBN Channel 2's film production outfit, is set to open in theaters nationwide today, January 15, 2009. "Love Me Again (Land Down Under)," which stars Angel Locsin and Piolo Pascual, will be shown in theaters nationwide starting today --- unfortunately (and ironically, I guess?) it won't be shown in the very province that they shot the movie in. "Love Me Again" won't be shown in Bukidnon, Mindanao, Philippines for the mere reason that there aren't ANY movie houses or theaters in the Province of Bukidnon. Star Cinema, the producing outfit of the Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin starrer "Love Me Again," has officially released the said movie's trailer. The cowboy movie, which originally had the title "Land Down Under," is part of the ABS-CBN film outfit's 15th Year Anniversary celebration. The movie was shot partly in the northern outback territory of Australia but majority of the scenes were shot in scenic Bukidnon, Mindanao. Bukidnon is located at the southern part of the Philippines. Commonly known as the food basket of Mindanao, the province is known for its rich culture, interesting ethnic history and excellent scenery that is a true reflection of the Filipino way of life. Three weeks after the entire cast of the tentatively titled "Land Down Under" movie arrived here in the Province of Bukidnon, the Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin Bukidnon cowboy movie fever is still on. Several exciting tales, funny anecdotes and clearly soon-to-be urban legends/tales have begun to sprout.
