Bukidnon Staycation at Pinegrove Mountain Lodge

Bukidnon Staycation at Pinegrove Mountain Lodge

Bukidnon, Features, Food, Hotels, Leisure, Northern Mindanao, Resorts, Reviews, Society
When we think of Dahilayan Adventure Park in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, we most likely equate it to Zipzone a.k.a. Asia’s longest dual cable zipline, Dropzone, my favorite Python 3D zipline and the thrilling 8-storey Sky Tower Base Jump. However, the place known as “Mindanao’s playground” also offers something pretty special - a chance to stay at 4,500 feet above sea level, in a log house-inspired manor situated among pine trees and amid chilly, sweater weather. Pinegrove Mountain Lodge, located just a few steps away from the main entrance of Dahilayan Adventure Park, offers value-for-money accommodation, good amenities and delicious food. My family and I recently had a staycation at Pinegrove - and it was a staycation we all loved. We availed of the Family Room. Priced at Php...

There's a new place ideal for prayer and reflection in Bukidnon, Mindanao, Philippines. Q Park II, located at Barangay Dalwangan, Malaybalay City, boasts of a lovely manicured lawn, a gorgeous view of the Bukidnon mountain ranges and Malaybalay's signature cool breeze. It's a nice place to commune with the Lord. An alternative to the Monastery of Transfiguration, which is also located in Malaybalay. Admission to Q Park II is FREE and this park is open from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday to Sunday. Closed on Mondays. There are several huts you can use. You can't miss Q Park II. Bukidnon: Must-eats at Del Monte Golf Clubhouse

Bukidnon, Food, Mindanaoan Update, Northern Mindanao, Reviews, Society
A lot of people who get the chance to visit the famed Bukidnon tourist spot - the clubhouse at Del Monte Golf and Country Club, Manolo Fortich - almost always rave about the steaks there. Undoubtedly, the steaks served at Del Monte Golf and Country Club are really good - the fact that they get meat from pineapple-fed cattle already tells you that the steaks there are worth every penny. However, there are also other food choices you might want to try the next time you visit this Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon tourist destination. Of course, there's the bottomless Del Monte pineapple juice. For only Php 35.00 per person, you can drink ice cold pineapple juice to your heart's content. The Del Monte baconsilog - bacon, sinangag (fried rice) and egg. The clubhouse serves all-day breakfa...

Bukidnon, Malaybalay City, Mindanao, Mindanaoan Update, Photos, Tourism, Travel
Let's take a break from all my Cebu and Philippine Blog Awards-related posts :) I'm sharing photos I recently took of a Bukidnon tourist spot - the Alalum Falls found at Kisolon, Sumilao, Bukidnon. This Bukidnon waterfalls is probably the most accessible in the entire province of Bukidnon since it's located along Sayre Highway and just a few meters away from the Municipal Hall of Sumilao, Bukidnon. Alalum Falls is approximately 148 feet. Check out one more shot after the jump! (more…)
