BDO, SM honor OFWs on Migrant Workers’ Day

BDO Unibank and SM Supermalls joined forces to honor our brave and hardworking Overseas Filipinos in various locations during Migrant Workers’ Day. The celebrations, which took part at the Department of Migrant Workers office in Mandaluyong, SM North Edsa and SM City Bacolod and which were sponsored by BDO and SM Supermalls, saw the lively participation of comedians MC and Lassy. There were games and giveaways during the events as well as sharing of financial education by BDO representatives. The BDO representatives also shared how the bank can help OFWs achieve their financial goals.

Meanwhile, according to Joaquin San Agustin, SVP for Marketing of SM Supermalls, “Ang collaboration ng BDO at SM Supermalls ay isang pagpupugay sa ating mga Overseas Filipinos at kanilang pamilya.

Aside from the events held at DMW office, SM North EDSA & SM City Bacolod, there were also other Migrant Workers’ Day celebrations in SM Puerto Princesa, SM City Iloilo, SM City Davao (Ecoland) and SM City Tuguegarao.
