He may have mansions in the Philippines and abroad but Filipino boxing champion and Sarangani Congressman Manny Pacquiao recently cried.
Yup.
Manny Pacquiao cried because he can’t join the Sarangani Bay Festival 2012.
My fellow Mindanaoan Manny Pacquiao will have to sit out on this year’s SarBay Fest and because of this, he cried.
