Japanese brand Bobson has opened its first ever Philippine boutique in Mindanao, Philippines. Located at the First Level, West Concourse, Limketkai Mall, Cagayan de Oro, the Bobson flagship store also has its own tailor shop inside its premises.
Known for its array of quality unisex Japanese denim jeans and shirts, Bobson uses the unique left-hand twill weaving technique, making their jeans more durable and comfortable.
Bobson’s top officials, who were recently in CDO, said that they chose the city as the location of their flagship store in the Philippines primarily because of the Limketkai family’s generous show of support.
“Dealing with the mall owners has always been smooth and positive. That’s why we didn’t hesitate to invest here. Plus this is a great and exciting market to be in,” they told Mindanaoan.com
Limketkai Mall general manager Ria Ledesma, on the other hand, noted that the mall is truly home of many “firsts.”
“So many well-known brands have first set up shop here in our mall and now we’re glad and proud that a trust Japanese brand has joined us,” she said.
The Bobson CDO store also offers alteration services at the tailor shop area. This is where customers can specify certain changes like length of the jeans to provide the perfect fit.
The Bobson Cagayan de Oro store also highlights the Japanese zen feel with its minimalistic, clean design and well-lit interiors.
Mindanaoan.com is the very first blogger to be granted official access to see the store. Sharing some of my photos below.
